When I visited Cappadocia, I couldn't miss Cratus Premium, and oh my, the oven-baked kebab they serve is out of this world! It's slow-cooked for hours, and you can taste the tender, rich flavor in every bite. Sitting there, surrounded by Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys, while enjoying that perfectly baked kebab? Absolute magic. 🔥🫓🍖
3. Rossbarth, Linz 🇦🇹🥂
Rossbarth in Linz offers not just amazing seasonal dishes, but also a really cool twist—you get to choose your own spoons! It sounds simple, but it adds such a fun, personal touch to the dining experience. The food? Absolutely divine, with each bite carefully crafted from local ingredients.
